- W artykule omówiono najbardziej popularne rodzaje kontraktów i typowych wzorów umów stosowanych w budownictwie, wyrastających z tradycji anglo-amerykańskiego "contract law". Wyjaśniono pojęcie ryzyka i wskazano na sposoby zarządzania ryzykiem. Przedstawiono założenia strategii kontraktowych oraz opisano zalety i wady realizacji niektórych kontraktów w praktyce gospodarczej, a także podstawowe zasady etyki kontraktowej.
The paper presents the legitimate and practical aspects of construction and realization of building contracts and a risk connected. It discusses the most popular types of building contracts as well as the typical contract patterns which come from the English-American "Contract law" tradition. There have also been described the general foundations of the contract strategy and advantages and disadvantages of the building contracts when put into effect in economic practice. A lot of attention has been paid to the investment risk, in the course of defining its importance and types, and to pointing out its main aspects. The short description of the basis principles of contract ethic have also been presented. (original abstract) - Accessibility
