Abstract
Omówiono współczesne koncepcje człowieka biznesu, a także zagadnienie etyki biznesu jako nauki i etyki biznesu w praktyce.

The basic task faced by the ethics of business in creating a concept of a personal profile for any individual, with emphasis on such qualities as: dignity, responsibility, independencs, and also in inclining the accomplishment of universal values. Ethics of business has relatively been a newly - created field of education which is developping dynamically. However, the rules and law observing which emphasize the greatest importance of a human being, needs to be of a constant element in the process of its development. Nowdays, deep moral crises are quite notable among business people. Several factors contribute into these crises eg; individuals weaknesses, some historical conditions, disapperance of true proffesional traditions. It should be emphasize, that appyling all the canons of the ethics of business is extremely difficult, nevertheless, possible. It is always necessary, to take every individual into consideration, individual who is a human being, and as such, requires the greatest respect. (original abstract)
