- Omówiono przedmiot, charakter i cele etyki biznesu, rolę etyki w biznesie oraz warunki działań proetycznych w biznesie.
Performance in business requires: knowledge, skills and moral virtues. There is no contradiction between ethics rules and economic objectives. The coexistence of "ethics" and "economic activity" is not only possible but also brings advantages. It's probable because using ethics rules supports effective "constant increasing gainings". The main problems of business ethics are: 1) firm responsibility for the consequences of its activity; 2) rights and duties of the employees; 3) methods of advertising; 4) relation to social and natural firm's surrounding; 5) ethics aspects of active business on an international scale. The management of the firm is in fact the common good which benefits everybody. (original abstract) - Accessibility
