- Autor koncentruje się na definicji pojęcia etatyzm, jako skrajnej formy interwencjonizmu, sięgając do okresu dwudziestolecia międzywojennego. Przytacza różne definicje znanych teoretyków ekonomii. W dalszej części, etatyzmowi przeciwstawia liberalizm, wymieniając wybitnych liberałów tego okresu.
The paper presents the position of opponents to an increasing role of the State in the economy of the interwar Poland. The discussion on the economic role of the State assumed the shape of the so-called 'argumenton the State control'. The State control as an extreme form of state interventionism, consistingin direct business performance of the State playing the role of an entrepreneur, was sharply criticised by adherents of classical liberal economy. Liberalism was deeply rooted in the Polish economic thought of the interwar period. (Short original abstract) - Accessibility
