- Omówiono zagadnienie nowoczesnego zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem hutniczym. Przybliżono proces budżetowania w tego typu przedsiębiorstwie oraz zaproponowano system monitorowania i rozliczania.
Budgeting is a current instrument of entrepreneurial management, defining the principles of planning and use of financial methods with the aim of effective production performance in mind. The initiation of the budgeting process as practical realization of operational planning demands defined assumptions acceptable to enterprises. The practical initiation of the budgeting process in the foundry line of business requires an acceptance of general principles for all the elements evident in a foundry holding company. The techniques of budgeting should be based on the existing organizational structure. Budgeting demands constant, close cooperation of workers engaged in the process from the moment of its initiation, during the process itself and its functioning, development of procedures, its specification and raising the level of coordination and information systems.(original abstract) - Accessibility
