- Wyróżniono dwa etapy wdrażania controllingu w przedsiębiorstwie parabankowym. Uwagę skupiono na budowie planu finansowego przedsiębiorstwa.
Operating and strategizing controlling functions is assists by modern management of parabank business. Controlling functions are assign by operation and strategy plans. In the process of budgeting the most important is financial plans which also take into consideration plans and purposes of company. The essentially part of plan has to show compromise between present and past time. In the practice management of budgeting process is assists by computers systems, which help to get all important information for realize and make decision by manager.
