- Abstract
- W artykule zwrócono uwagę na problem narastającego niezadowolenia kadry zarządzającej przedsiębiorstw z procesu budżetowania. Zwrócono uwagę na czasochłonność tego procesu w dobie szybkich zmian otoczenia gospodarczego oraz organizacji i zasad funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstw. Podkreślono konieczność zastosowania technologii informatycznych w celu nadania budżetowaniu nowej jakości. Przedstawiono syntetyczną klasyfikację informatycznych systemów wspomagania budżetowania.
Budgeting is the process, which essentially supports the management by gaining or strenghtening competitive advantage of their business's. These advantages become more and more purely theoretical in the management practice. More and more companies perceive budgeting as "an expensive waste of resources - an exercise which returns little value for the effort put in". The increase of companies' activity comprehensivity, multidimensionality of exterior connections and complexity of internal structure (caused by workers empowerment in the process management decentralization) has the strongest impact on this situation first and foremost. The expectations of speed and flexibility increase by budgeting process are growing simultaneously. This elaboration presents the fundamental "shortcomings" conventional perception of budgeting, new budgeting challenges issues and supporting information technology methods and tools, which create the chance to gain the new quality of budgeting.(original abstract) - Accessibility
