- Autorzy opracowania, pracownicy firmy "H.Cegielski" przedstawiają wybrane problemy sojuszy strategicznych na tle rynku taboru kolejowego i tramwajowego, charekteryzującego się ryzykiem i niepewnością. Ponadto przedstawiono technikę walki konkurencyjnej pomiędzy sojuszami strategicznymi, ze szczególnym uwzględniem elementów zaskoczenia i unikania zaskoczenia.
The treatise explains selected problems of strategic alliannces against a background of concrete market with the features of risk and uncertainty. Furthermore the technique of competition among strategic alliances was explained with regard to taking aback and not to be taken aback. (original abstract) - Accessibility
