- Abstract
- W okresie transformacji systemowej w Polsce większość firm musiała zmodyfikować system dystrybucji. Te zmiany można podzielić na dwa etapy: pierwszy to strategia dystrybucji intensywnej (włączenie do systemu każdego pośrednika), a drugi to strategia dystrybucji selektywnej (weryfikacja licznych powiązań z odbiorcami, eliminowanie niesolidnych partnerów). Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie czynników wpływających na przemiany w kształtowaniu procesu dystrybucji. Zaprezentowano również znaczenie koncepcji Efficient Consumer Response (ECR) dla rozwoju strategii dystrybucji.
The article focuses on basic strategies in distribution, applied by Polish enterprises during last years, showing the process of evolution from conventional distribution channels to integrated ones (based on cooperation). It also shows main determinants of changes, including such as: goals of marketing strategy, the competitors behaviour, the economic potential of the company, the consumer requirements, the development of communication and growing competitiveness within the sectors. The article presents also some modern conceptions concerning cooperation in distribution, such as trade marketing and Efficient Consumer Response. (short original abstract) - Accessibility
