- Abstract
- Autorzy podjęli próbę stworzenia zintegrowanych podstaw dziedziny przedsiębiorczości. Zdefiniowano zakres tej dziedziny, wyjaśniono dlaczego badacze dziedziny organizacji powinni zajmować się przedsiębiorczością oraz rozważono różne sposoby wykorzystywania możliwości podejmowania działań przedsiębiorczych.
In this article we draw upon previous research conducted in the area of management and related different social science disciplines to create a theoretical background for the field.Taking this as starting point we explain a set of empirical phenomena and predict a set of outcomes not explained or predicted by conceptual considerations already in existence in other fields. Besides we try to give definition of entrepreneurship and explain the nature entrepreneurial opportunities and their existence, discovery and exploitation. (short original abstract) - Accessibility
