- Abstract
- W referacia autor omawia kilka ważnych kwestii związanych z funkcjonowaniem i rozwojem przedsiębiorstw przemysłowych. Wykazano, że innowacje stanowią ważny czynnik rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa, dlatego powinny one znaleźć trwałe miejsce w strategii firmy. Omówiono też poziom innowacyjności polskich przedsiębiorstw w okresie transformacji systemowej. W dalszej części referatu autor proponuje koncepcyjny model struktury zarządzania działalnością innowacyjną oraz model integracjifunkcji marketingowej, innowacyjnej i produkcyjnej.(abstrakt oryginalny)
In this paper the author discusses some important issues which are connected with acting and development of the industrial enterprices. It was demostrated that innovations are the important factor of the development of enterprise that is why they should find constant place in the strategy of the firm. Level of the innovativeness of the Polish enterprises in the transformation period is discussed too. In the next part of this paper the author proposes the conceptional model of the management structure the innovation activity and the model of integration of the marketing, innovation and production functions.(original abstract) - Accessibility
