Foreign debt - Abstract
- Referat koncentruje uwagę na nowej definicji zadłużenia zagranicznego przyjętej przez NBP w 1999 r. Omówiono starą i nową definicję zadłużenia zagranicznego oraz standardy międzynarodowe w zakresie definiowania pojęcia długu i sposoby gromadzenia informacji o zadłużeniu. Przedstawiono poziom oraz strukturę zadłużenia zagranicznego Polski w latach 1996-1999, w podziale na sektory gospodarki.
The paper focuses on a new definition of external debt adapted by National Bank of Poland in 1999. Both previous and new definitions are discussed. International standards of defining the idea of debt and the methods of collecting information about debts are also characterized. Finally, the paper presents the level and structure of external debt of Poland divided into sectors of the economy.(MN) - Accessibility
