- W referacie podjęto próbę oceny dotychczasowej działalności GATT i WTO z punktu widzenia interesów krajów rozwijających się. W szczególności chodzi o odpowiedź na pytanie czy deklarowane przywileje i preferencje handlowe ze strony krajów rozwiniętych przyczyniły się do większej integracji krajów rozwijających się z rynkiem światowym i były im pomocne w przezwyciężaniu zacofania.
The study attempts to assess the GATT and WTO activities to the date from the perspective of the developing countries interests. The most important issue is whether the promised privileges and preferences in trade from the developed countries contributed indeed to the developing countries closer integration with the world market, and were helpful in combating poverty.(JW) - Accessibility
