Ukraine - Abstract
- W referacie zostały omówione stan dotychczasowy oraz kierunki pomyślnego rozwoju przedsiębiorstw ukraińskich. Najważniejszymi warunkami powodzenia reformy sektora przedsiębiorstw są umocnienie praw własnościowych i stworzenie skutecznego mechanizmu rynkowego. Wskazano na konieczność poparcia rozwoju małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw. Zdaniem autorki konieczny jest bezpośredni interwencjonizm państwa.
The condition and policies for successful development of Ukrainian enterprises are defined. The critical requirement for the restructuring of businesssector should become the property rightsenhancement as well as the formation of efficient market mechanism. The curtail of exependitures for small and medium-scade businesses development is also of great importance for the sectors restructuring.(short original abstract) - Accessibility
