- Tematem artykułu są zwolnienia pracowników w kontekście sukcesu albo porażki przedsiębiorstwa. Omówiono przesłanki i warunki stosowania metody zwalniania zwanej outplacementem, który oznacza działania związane z redukcją zatrudnienia przy jednoczesnej pomocy zwalnianym pracownikom.
This paper discuss the matter of enterprise image in the environment, which may have strong impact on its success and suffer. The focus of this paper is on the managers' methodes of dismissing employees. Therefore the way in which the reduction of employees is done is essentially significant in creating employer's image in the labor market. (short original abstract) - Accessibility
