- Abstract
- W artykule omówiono metody i wyniki badań, w ktorych przeanalizowano współczynniki sezonowości wielkości i cen skupu mleka w Polsce w latach 1991-2002.
Seasonality it's a objective occurrence but it generates a lot of negative consequences for producers and in processing area too. Seasonality of a quantity of purchase was analysed by means of a coefficient of seasonality. Because of high level of inflation it wasn't possible to use this method in analyses of prices' seasonality. For this reason this method was modified. Prices of purchase have a seasonal character too, and they are derivative of quantity of purchase. Prices are monthly delayed according to changes of quantity of purchase.
