- Podjęto próbę scharakteryzowania kadry kierowniczej małych firm funkcjonujących na obszarach wiejskich. Analizie poddano zależności pomiędzy wiekiem i wykształceniem kadry kierowniczej a rodzajem działalności firmy i głównymi motywami jej utworzenia. (oryg. streszcz.)
The test of the self-characterise in present study was undertaken the managerial personnel the small economic functioning on rural areas subjects. The analysis was subjected the dependence among age and education the managerial personnel the and kind activity firm house and leading motives of her creation. The questionnaire of the empirical materiall to analysis was aggregated on the ground in direct conducted with managers of studied firm houses interview. The audits were hugged 60 subjects of leaders non-agriculture on territorial of Siedlce administrative district the.
