- Celem artykułu jest analiza metod wdrażania planów strategicznych zastosowanych praktycznie przez polskie samorządy lokalne. Rozważany temat omówiono na przykładzie wybranych miast różnej wielkości. Przedstawione przykłady pokazują różne instrumenty zarządzania, jednakże dobór metod wdrażania planu strategicznego we wszystkich przypadkach wiąże się z analizą stanu i funkcjonowania organizacji, kulturą organizacyjną oraz poziomem wiedzy i umiejętnościami pracowników.
The aim of the studium is an analysis of methods of implementing a strategic plan which are applied in practice by Polish local governments. The question at issue is discussed on the example of selected towns of various size. The examples illustrate various management tools, however, the selection of methods of strategic planes implementation is in all cases connected with the analysis of organization's state and functioning, organizational culture and workers' knowledge and skills.
