Insurance market, Financial conglomerate, Financial markets - Abstract
- Autor stwierdza, że na świecie następuje stopniowa integracja rynku finansowego i rynku ubezpieczeń. Dowodem na to jest powstawanie tzw. finansowych konglomeratów, tzn. instytucji łączących tradycyjne banki komercyjne, banki inwestycyjne, towarzystwa ubezpieczeniowe, fundusze inwestycyjne. Przedstawiono dyskusję na temat niektórych przyczyn integracji rynku finansowego i rynku ubezpieczeń.
The author of the article argues that the global financial and insurance markets are gradually integrating. The proof of the statement is the establishing of so-called financial conglomerations, i.e. institutions which merge traditional commercial banks, investment banks, insurance companies and investment trusts. The discussion concerning some reasons for the integration of financial market and insurance market is also presented in the article.(MN) - Accessibility
