- Referat przedstawiając pojęcia rozwoju, szkoleń, dokształcania zawodowego, procedurę, wybrane rodzaje i metody szkoleń stara się pokazać znaczenie inwestycji w zasoby ludzkie jako jednego z głównych źródeł sukcesu firmy. Presenting the issue of personal development, personal training, training procedures, selected types and methods of training, this paper is making efforts to show the importance of the investment in human resources management as one of the major sources of company success. This article is also discussing the relation aiming the following elements: general strategy, personal strategy, training programs and resulting from them benefits for enterprises.
