- Dotychczas nie wypracowano metod, które byłyby skutecznym narzędziem prywatyzacji znacznej liczby przedsiębiorstw, dla których funkcje organu założycielskiego spełniają wojewodowie. Od kilku lat prowadzone są prace mające na celu wypracowanie koncepcji i programu prywatyzacji tych przedsiębiorstw. Jedną z bardziej interesujących koncepcji są Regionalne Fundusze Inwestycyjne. W niniejszym referacie autor koncentruje się na celach i warunkach tworzenia RFI oraz formie prawnej, która najlepiej odpowiadałaby zakładanym celom.
The methods which could act as effective tools for privatization of a great number of enterprises whose founders are governors of provinces - have not been worked out so far. The works on establishing the concepts and program of the enterprises privatization have been carried out for a couple of years. One of the most interesting concepts are Regional Investment Funds. The article focuses on the purposes and conditions of RIF establishment and legal regulations which would best fit these purposes.(MN) - Accessibility
