- W artykule przedstawiono koncepcje skutecznego zarządzania, mającego gwarantować firmie sukces. Jednym z kluczowych czynników sukcesu firmy są zasoby ludzkie. Autorka podkreśla konieczność profesjonalnego zarządzania kapitałem ludzkim w firmie i sprzężenia go z ogólną strategią firmy.
Present resources supplies become with key - factor of success of firms. From regard on one's own specific features cause enlargement of value of firm contributing indeed to enlargements competitiveness and improvements of picture of firm on market. Resources of work as one from elements of potential strategic firms bring to light one's own value, when are professionally administered and when the management is integrated with total strategy of firm.
