- Przedstawiono współczesne koncepcje firmy, w których centralnym problemem jest problem granicy między przedsiębiorstwem a rynkiem. Dokonano opisu i analizy wypadków zmiany granic między przedsiębiorstwami a rynkiem, dokonującej się w procesie transformacji w Polsce, wykorzystując pojęcia i tezy przedstawionych koncepcji. Całość zakończona została zakończona podsumowaniem, wskazującym na szczególne okoliczności, w jakich restrukturyzują się przedsiębiorstwa w Polsce.
The paper presents contemporary concepts of a company, according to which the question of border between a company and a market is the major problem. It includes a description and analysis of cases when borders between companies and markets was changed. Such a change has taken place in Poland in the transition period. The fragments of the concepts presented in the paper were used for the analysis. The conclusion indicates at the specific circumstances of Polish companies restructuring.(MN) - Accessibility
