- Autorzy próbują odpowiedzieć na pytanie czy wartość nieruchomości oddziałuje na zmiany w gospodarowaniu przestrzenią? Przedmiotem badań były grunty Konina, tj. wszystkie ceny transakcyjne niezabudowanych gruntów w latach 1996 i 1998. W badaniu uwzględniono grunty przeznaczone pod zabudowę mieszkaniową, handel i usługi, przemysł, inwestycje liniowe oraz użytki rolne z prawem do zabudowy. W podsumowaniu stwierdzono, że w Koninie wartość gruntów nie jest istotnym czynnikiem zagospodarowania przestrzennego.
The question the authors attempt to answer is whether the worth of immovable property affects the changes in spatial model of land use? The research subject were the lands of Konin, i.e. all the transaction prices of non built-up areas in years 1996 and 19998. The lands where buildings are planned, trade and services, industry, line investments and arable lands that can be built-up are taken into consideration in the research. The conclusion to sum up the article is that in Konin the worth of lands is not a vital factor of a spatial model of land use. (M.N.) - Accessibility
