- Abstract
- Przedmiotem opacowania jest model zarządzania środowiskiem według normy ISO 14001. Autorka charakteryzuje jego strukturę (planowanie, wdrażanie i działanie, kontrola i działania korygujące, audyt systemu) oraz dokumentację jako podstawowe narzędzie modelu. Zarysowuje także zagadnienie funkcjonowania europejskiego znaku ekologicznego.
Implementation of the environmental management systems into a business is a continuans and ambiguous process. It should make people transform their attitude, thinking and behavior with reference to the natural environment. The environmental management improves the environmental image of the company making its employees have better motivation for work and reducing costs of production. It also helps to use available recources and energy sources properly. The reach ecological aims, changes of employees' awareness are needed. Then, carrying out technological process, they will consider the ecological effects of theie work. These changes are needed not to limit oneself to the situations called "the end of the pipe" and to respond earlier at the beginning of activity harmful for the environment. The Environmental Management System is a management model that considers environmental aspects. It makes possible to balance and integrate business with environment. It also makes easier to define effects of process occuring in business with reference to the natural environment. A number of rules for this system has been established.
