- Artykuł poświęcono zagadnieniu controllingu z podziałem na controlling strategiczny i operacyjny. Przybliżono proces planowania strategicznego. Podkreślono, że budżety są sednem controllingu, a budżetowanie i kontrola budżetowa podstawową techniką sterowania kosztami. Omówiono etapy procesu budżetowania oraz zalety i wady metod budżetowania.
The idea budgeting system as one of the controlling tools is to plan and control. Basing on the idea of controlling the strategic controlling as well as operating controlling can be separated.
