- Artykuł charakteryzyje dostępne narzędzia i strategie polityki zarządzania należnościami, jak również sytuację bieżącą w małych i średnich przedsiębiorstwach na podstawie badań ankietowych. Ankietę przeprowadzono wśród losowo wybranych przedsiębiorstw z całej Polski i wśród studentów Zaocznych Studiów Zawodowych Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego. Autorki zwróciły uwagę na możliwości udzielania kredytu handlowego, warunki przydzielania terminów płatności, politykę upustów oraz techniki egzekwowania należności.
Controlling and monitoring the receivables in small and medium enterprises. The number of small and medium enterprises in Poland increased rapidly after 1989. At present about 56,4 procent of employees work in this sector generating 50 procent of GNP. The main problem of small and medium enterprises is insufficiency of financial resources for current demands and new inwestments. According to this, most important objective for management, is to establish optimal strategy of working capital. The essential element of working capital are receivables. In this paper authors present the different political issues of receivables management. They describe conditions of merchant credits (time and amount limits), discount strategies, the methods of debts executing. The author's survey (among 180 companies) exposed solutions which are most common in practise. (original abstract) - Accessibility
