- Abstract
- Zaprezentowano dwuwymiarowe modele pozycjonowania macierzowego, które są narzędziem formułowania i wspomagania realizacji analizy strategicznej przedsiębiorstw. Przypomniano możliwości jakie daje przeprowadzone w USA studium PIMS (Profit Impact of Market Strategy). Jest to usługa polegająca na badaniu najistotniejszych czynników wpływających na rynki w wielu różnych branżach. Badania PIMS wykazały, że istnieją silne relacje między udziałem na rynku a możliwością osiągania zysku. Zwrócono uwagę na macierz opłacalności biznesu opracowaną przez Maracon Associates.
The aim of this paper is to describe some strategies; PIMS and Maracon Association matrix. Besides it is the attempt to analyze of the dedevolution there strategies and it shows the implications these models for development of enterprises. The main factors: the market share and return on equity in the enterprises promise to choose a proper marketing strategies. This short literature study shows the best strategy for Polish enterprises - profitability matrix of Maracon Associates. (original abstract) - Accessibility
