Abstract
Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie, jak różne teorie ekonomiczne odnoszą się do kwestii wyrównywania się poziomu gospodarczego w regionach, a w szczególności do kwestii perspektyw rozwojowych dla regionów najuboższych.

The paper presents different issues which have the influence on leveling the economic level in regions especially in the poorest one. (AK)
