Galicia - Abstract
- Autor przedstawił rozwój turystyki rowerowej w Galicji. Za początek uważa się rok 1867 kiedy to pojawił się prototyp roweru. Datę końcową dla tego opracowania stanowi rok 1886, w którym to powstało pierwsze towarzystwo cyklistów "Krakowski Klub Cyklistów". Zdaniem autora turystyka ta przerosła możliwości społeczne i ekonomiczne Galicji.
In 1867 the bicycle was brought to southern Poland. At that time the invention was called the Boneshaker owing to its faulty construction. It has benn used in tourism almost since its appearance. 1886 marbed the end of the first period of the development of tourism in Galicja (southern Poland) due to cycling associations.
