- W artykule omówiono dwie formy finansowania rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa przez zewnętrzne źródła: leasing operacyjny i kredyt bankowy. Przedstawiono przesłanki ekonomicznego wyboru efektywniejszego źródła finansowania przedsięwzięć, porównując te dwie formy.
The paper presents elements of the quotation which should be compared in order to be able to make a reasonable selection (from the economic point of view). Effective costs of operation lease with a redemption option usually exceed 35 procent per annum. Effective credit charges are about 28 procent The paper indicates the reasons inclining the investors to use the leasing plan as a means to finance the project. The main reasons why operation lease selected as a source of financing are limited chances of securing credits, speed of finalizing the transaction, simple contract closing procedures and flexible approach to the customer.
