- W artykule omówiono metodę wartości zaktualizowanej netto, nazywaną także wartością teraźniejszą (NPV - Net Present Value), która pozwala ocenić opłacalność inwestycji rzeczowych. Metoda ta pozwala rozstrzygnąć, czy przyjąć dany projekt inwestycyjny, czy z niego zrezygnować, gdy patrzy się na zmiany wartości majątku właścicieli przedsiębiorstwa.
The paper presents one method of evaluation of investment effectiveness: the net present value method. This method is the most widely accepted method of evaluating a project when the firms objective is to maximize the wealth of its owners. The paper presents several variants of NPV method to be taken into account in different situations. (original abstract) - Accessibility
