- Abstract
- W artykule omówiono zagadnienia dotyczące decyzji inwestycyjnych i metod oceny projektów inwestycyjnych. Omówiono istotę przepływów pieniężnych oraz przedstawiono nowe narzędzie oceny projektów inwestycyjnych - wewnętrzną rentę zwrotu. Omówiono praktyczne i teoretyczne podstawy wykorzystania tej metody.
The article discuss the problems referring to goods budgeting investments. The method of value project goods investments is introduce with a new view, with NPV stated in the line function of constant net cash flow - A (annuity). A new tool of research is created in the form of internal annuity of return - IAR, which gets a possible simplification of analysing worthwhile investments and which lets calculate the internal rate of return - IRR in quicker and simpler way. This way we can pass over the method of tests and errors and toilsome interpolations using financial tables known from professional economics literature. The rule IAR among others lets, estimate net cash flows which are generated by a project depending on the change of rate discount value - r from zero to IRR with fixed beginning expenses - I and project's exploitation period - n. IAR method allows to compare and value the investment projects on the same chart. By changing the I, r, n parameters, we can open the field for researching sensitivity of NPV projects.
