- Na podstawie ustawy o rachunkowości z 29 września 1994 roku wprowadzono nowe uregulowania prawne dotyczące sporządzania i badania sprawozdań finansowych. W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono te uregulowania i dokonano ich oceny.
