- Artykuł traktuje o nowych podatkach w polskim systemie finansowym. Wielu podatników ma wątpliwości i pytania dotyczące szczegółowych rozwiązań ewidencji podatku VAT w ściśle określonych sytuacjach. Jedną z takich sytuacji jest opodatkowanie podatkiem VAT towarów i usług na potrzeby reprezentacji i reklamy. W artykule poruszono problemy związane z opodatkowaniem podatkiem VAT na cele reprezentacji i reklamy wraz z kilkoma przykładami pokazującymi różnorodność dróg ewidencji tego podatku w polskim systemie podatkowym.
This article is about a new tax in Polish financial system. Many people have the problems with registry economic events in connection with VAT. The publicity is very difficult to defined. The transfer goods and services for the publicity and representation is taxed by VAT. Some problems about VAT in the publicity are explain in a few examples. These examples show how many ways are in Polish tax system. The transfer goods and services for the publicity is named in a law as a return so it is subject to VAT. This article describes the principal solution of register the transfer goods and services for the publicity. (original abstract) - Accessibility
