- Autorzy przedstawili krótkoterminowe papiery dłużne jako źródło finansowania działalności operacyjnej przedsiębiorstwa. Zaprezentowano także funkcje jaką pełni bank w procesie organizacji emisji. Do 1994 roku Polski Bank Rozwoju pozostał jedynym dilerem commercial papers w Polsce.
The authors have presented short-term commercial papers as the financing source of the enterprise operation activities. Also, a bank and its role in the process of issuing commercial papers have been discussed. It is worth mentioning that until 1994 Polish Bank for Development had remained the sole dealer of commercial papers in Poland. (JW) - Accessibility
