- Autor przeanalizował specyfikę monopolu w warunkach gospodarki scentralizowanej i organizowanej przez państwo, by podkreślić fakt, iż w krajach postsocjalistycznych, gdzie dokonuje się transformacja gospodarki centralnie planowanej w rykową, prawo antymonopolowe nie można odwzorowywać, ze względu na brak doświadczenia, europejskiego ustawodawstwa antymonopolowego. Rozważania na temat roli prawa i polityki antymonopolowej, autor poprzedził omówieniem kontrowersji wokół przedsięwzięć demonopolizacyjnych (wprowadzających elementy doskonałej konkurencji i warunek bieżącej informacji cenowej).
The article provides a comparative analysis of the dangers following monopolysation tendencies in different economic systems. It follows from the analysis that in the countries of central-eastern Europe there is a high degree of production concentration on the basis of non-private property. This degree determines a specific role of the monopoly. It means that anti-monopoly policy and anti-monopoly law become one of the major tasks of the marketing process and hence they must have their own specific character. On the basis of an interventionist analysis and a normative-functional option of anti-monopoly policy and anti-monopoly law, the author tries to find some effective undertakings for the state's demonopolisation. At the same time, he formulates a postulate about the need for reasonable and careful demonopolisation undertakings in the face of the smaller and smaller function of the economic authority in the situation of market inefficiency and together with the progressing processes of market economy.
