Poland - Abstract
- Autor zaprezentował koncepcje społecznej (ekospołecznej) gospodarki rynkowej - SGR, uwzględniając zarówno zachodnioniemiecką jej wersję, jak i dorobek encyklik społecznych Kościoła oraz wkład niektórych krajów zachodnich i własne doświadczenia polskie. Autor przeanalizował specyfikę polskiej wersji SGR i za docelowy uznał model, w którym ukształtowanie się podstawowych proporcji własnościowych oraz roli interwencji państwa w życie społeczne i ekonomiczne kraju, odbędzie się według istniejących standardów w krajach Europy Zachodniej, przy jednoczesnym nawiązaniu do tradycji Polski z okresu międzywojennego i bez drastycznego negowania dotychczasowego systemu gospodarki centralnie planowanej.
The paper sees the intention to reconcile the principle of the social solidarity with the economic interset of possibly wide social circles as the characteristic features of the system concept of the social market economy. At the same time it takes into consideration the ethical-social aspect of the problem and the general level of development of a given country. It represents a broad understanding of this concept which takes into consideration the social encyclicals of the Church and the Polish experience, which is in agreement with the experiences of some western countries and with the West German origins of this concept. The Polish experiences were especially important in the inter-war period. They were connected with an important role of the public sector of the economy, both in the sense of the national property of the State and in the sense of the territorial self-govermwnt. The inter-war experirnces should help to reject the false liberal thesis that the public sector can be considered as simple remains of the period of the so-called real socialism.
