- Abstract
- Wstęga Mobiosa jest specyficznę przestrzenią matematyczną, której istota stosowana jest do interpretacji zagadnień dotyczących rozwiązywania problemów. Autor, omawiając Wstęgę Mobiosa przedstawił ją jako ideę skoordynowania i skręcenia dwóch pętli, reprezentujących dwa rozbieżne zjawiska. Następnie przedstawił schemat zastosowania tej metody przy rozwiązywaniu problemów, wymagających połączenia układów: rozwiązującego i rozwiązywanego. W konsekwencji omówił metodę specyficzną, która jest efektem połączenia (przecięcia) tych dwóch układów, a przeznaczona do rozwiązywania problemów - tu i teraz. W dalszej części autor zaproponował sposób budowania metody (M) (metody rozwiązywania problemów), który jest pomocny zarówno do tworzenia metod ogólnych jak i metody secyficznej. Na koniec scharakteryzował istotę i prcedury formułowania problemu oraz sposób jego definiowania, w myśl zasady, że dobre sprecyzowanie problemu, wpływa na właściwy dobór metod oraz skuteczność i efektywność wyniku końcowego.
The manager's work requires cooridination of two areas; loops which characterize 2 different natures. The first loop constitutes an inner structure (firm, enterprise) - based mainly on problem solving; the other loop is an outer structure - the environment which requires the abilities to grasp chances and adventages. A good way of coordinating these two loops is to proceed according to the concept drawn from an interpretation of behaviours on the basis of conclusions deduced from the Mobius band. In development of this approach, the nation of a specyfic mathod was introduced as a "unique" method adopted HERE and NOW in problem solving. The paper discusses in detail the methodological elements (morphology of the method) distinguishing the following: a) principle which consists of rules, approaches and adequate language and equipment related to the existing limitions, b) procedure which is also related to these limitations. The paper discusses the nation of "problem" and defines it as a difference of states: the present and the anticipated ones. One must not only realize this difference but he must also wish to get rid of it. The proper energy must be created in order to reach the aims. The paper discusses different interpretations of problems and deals with a practical approach in their formulation, supplementing so-called problem certificate. (original abstract) - Accessibility
