Lublin - Abstract
- Celem prezentowanego referatu była ocena funkcjonowania komunikacji publicznej w Lublinie, którą przeprowadzono na podstawie wybranych parametrów (m.in. stan inwentarza taboru, liczba wozów w ruchu, wskaźniki wykorzystania taboru, liczba wozów w ruch na 100 mieszkańców). Wyniki tej oceny, poprzedzone analizą przeprowadzoną po roku 1989 dotyczącą zmiany prawno-organizacyjnej i własnościowej w komunikacji publicznej, stanowiły punkt wyjścia dla projektów nad poprawą efektywności komunikacji publicznej w Lublinie i w kontekście ogólnokrajowym oraz do podniesienia standardu świadczenia usług transportowych.
The main purpose of the paper is to estimate the functioning of the public transport in Lublin. It is done against the background of an analysis of general conditions of the transport service of the city in general, and of Lublin in particular. The estimation of the public transportation in Lublin was carried out by means of the selected measures. The studies also accepted certain towns as the comparative patterns. The results of the examinations were preceded by the analysis of the legislative-administrative and ownership changes in the public transport were the starting point for the conclusions and observations which can contribute to better efficiency of the public transport in Lublin and to an improved standard of the services.
