- Abstract
- Celem opracownia była analiza zużycia energii w gospodarstwie rolniczym z zastosowaniem przepływów międzygałęziowych. Materiał liczbowy zebrany został w Stacji Hodowli Roślin w Ulhówku (woj. zamojskie) i obejmuje lata 1989-1991. Tablice przepływów międzygałęziowych opracowano oddzielnie dla każdego roku, a przy ich konstrukcji wyodrębniono trzy działy, tj. produkcję roślinną, zwierzęcą i przemysł rolny (mieszalnia pasz).
The purpose of the studies was to analyze the costs of energy consumption in a farm using the method of inter-branch flows. The figures were collected at the Plant Cultivitation Station at Ulhówek (Zamość province) and they refer to the period of the first three years (1989-1991) after the principles of market economy were introduced. The method of inter-branch flows, which was used in the studies, made it possible not only to estimate the costs of energy consumption in particular sectors of the farm taking into consideration their specific character in the production process, but also helped to quantify the costs born in particular sectors, considering all the secondary links existing in the farm and following form the inner turnover of production.
