- Abstract
- Celem opracowania była analiza kształtowania się poziomu i struktury nakładów energetycznych w tuczu kurcząt rzeźnych. Materiał empiryczny do analizowanych cykli produkcyjnych zaczerpnięty został z dokumentacji finansowej i gospodarczej farm spółdzielczych. W artykule prezentowana jest metoda tabelaryczno-opisowa.
The purpose of the paper is to analyze the level and structure of energetic expenditures in the fattening of slaughter chicens. The source materials concerning the utilisation of particular kinds of expenditures, expressed in natural units, were drawn from financial and economic documentation of three co-operative farms (for the period of three years - for 43 cycles of production). The present paper made use of a tabular-descriptive method. Numerical data were collected and they constituted the basis for determining the level of energy consumption of slaughter chicken fattening in Mj/kg of slaughter weight in the form of a synthetic indicator of energy consumption in MJ/grain units. The calculations were made for each broiler rotation. Besides, the studies determined the mean results in the examined years and the weighted means of three years.
