- Na podstawie własnych studiów i doświadczeń praktycznych autor scharakteryzował rolę i charakter koncepcji Społacznej Gospodarki Rynkowej (SGR) w dwóch jej najważniejszych aspektach, tj. w sytuacji swoistej integracji wewnętrznej społeczeństwa na gruncie koncepcji systemowej SGR oraz w warunkach międzynarodowych i integracyjnych (międzynarodowe odpowiedniki koncepcji SGR jako dźwignie jednoczacej się Europy). Treść artykułu poparta została zarówno licznymi odesłaniami do literatury przedmiotu, jak i do publikacji własnych autora.
Starting a closer analysis of the SME systems concept intercountry universalistic society perspective, the author underlines its important role within the desirable possibility to reintegrate a majority of our nation - around its main assumptions. The most important SME (SGR) systems features within its initial variant, started in FRG (Federal Republic of Germany), are based on the Christian social-ethical premises, connected with two fundamental social questions: the working class question, i.e. the old one, and the family (familial) question, as a new one. The second stage of SME systems is bound with utilization of other developed countries experience, as well of the UNO (United Nations Organization), on the whole. It results in the three-aspects variant of this formula - as the SER-ME (social, ecological and regulated market economy) systems concept. This concept may be accepted - only in such a developed, broader variant - as a base for a correct ownership transfor,ation programme (in Poland and other so-called postsocialist countries).
