- Przedmiotem opracowania jest ocena stopnia oddziaływania państwa na rozwój rolnictwa w okresie przemian rynkowych w latach 1989-1995. Autorka przeanalizowała przesłanki interwencji w okresie transformacji rynkowej, czynniki determinujace zakres i formy interwencjonizmu w rolnictwie polskim i na koniec omówiła i oceniała obszary realizacji działań interwencyjnych państwa.
In market economy, one of the more important questios of the agrarian policy became determination of the range of the state,s intervention and the choice of such forms and instruments which would enable the process of transformation in this sector of the economy. "Pure" market mechanism, to which agriculture was subordinated at the beginning of the 1990's proved insufficient for the starting of the anticipated efficiency processes. It even caused a number of recession phenomena, which blocked those changes. (short original abstract) - Accessibility
