- Abstract
- W artykule przedstawiono procedurę technik określających opłacalność przedsięwzięcia inwestycji rolniczej w wersji projektu inwestycyjnego zgodną z metodologią UNIDO, które musi dostarczać wszelkich danych, niezbędnych do podjęcia decyzji inwestycyjnej. Rachunki te oparto na kryteriach: zmodyfikowanym wskaźniku ekonomicznej efektywności inwestycji, zwrotności nakładów inwestycyjnych oraz zyskowności inwestycji.
The paper presents a procedure for the application of techniques determining the profitability of an agricultural investment project at the stage of a feasibility study, which must provide all the data necessary for taking an investment decision. The calculations were based on the following criteria: a modified index of the economic efficiency of investment a modified index of the economic efficiency of inestment, return on inwestment and investment profitability. Additionally, the paper presents and example of calculations concerning on economic evaluation of an investment solution for the project data and actual dimensions of a building for livestock.
