- W artykule sprecyzowano kryterium racjonalnego i ekonomicznie uzasadnionego programu inwestycji budowlanej i produkcyjnej w gospodarstwie rolnym. Określono procedurę ustalającą wielkość rocznych środków finansowych odpowiadającą potrzebom inwestycyjnym gospodarstwa oraz stopę obsługi zadłużenia. Przedstawiono przykład liczbowy wyznaczający granice ekonomicznych obciążeń inwestycyjnych planowanego przedsięwzięcia rozwojowego gospodarstwa rolnego.
The paper presents the criterion of a rational and economically sound program of a construction and production investment made on a farm. This criterion was expressed by the relation between the annual capital installments and the financial surplus - cash flow of a farm. The procedure was specified determining the amount of funds per year needed to satisfy the investment requirements of a farm, and the debt service ratio. A numerical example was presented to illustrate the limit of the economic investment burden of a development project carried out on a farm. (short original abstract) - Accessibility
