- W artykule przedstawiono część diagnostyczną i postulatywną przykładowego projektu "Dostawa wyrobów do klienta". Praca ta została zrealizowana przez przedsiębiorstwo produkcyjne, specjalizujące się w wytwarzaniu kompletnego osprzętu, potrzebnego do wykonania instalacji elektrycznej w budunkach użyteczności publicznej.
Enterprise A has decided to deliver the goods to their customers. At first the enterprise will deliver the goods to the 10 most important customers and later to ever customerr. The publication has presented stages of the project drawn up by enterprise A. The stages are as follows: preferences of customers, structure of sale warehouse and transportation. Every stage includes two parts: reconnaissance and reorganization. Realization of these stages, described above can help the entreprises to perfect their distribution system.
