- Przedmiotem raportu jest analiza zmian w branży transportowej w Polsce w latach 1989-1998. Autor charakteryzuje infrastrukturę transportu, przewozy pasażerskie oraz przewozy towarowe. Wśród wielu zapóźnień w dziedzinie rozwoju transportu można wymienić: słabo rozwiniętą infrastrukturę transportową, monopol państwowy na większość form działalności transportowej, przestarzałą bazę transportową.
That article presents changes analysis in transport trade in Poland in 1989-1998. The author characterises transport infrastructure and passenger transport. Among all delays in transport the author points out some of them like weaknesses of transport infrastructure, state monopoly for most of transport activity forms and obsolete transport base.
