- W Polsce można zauważyć systematyczny wzrost roli usług gastronomicznych na rynku dóbr konsumpcyjnych po 1990 roku. Wraz z szybkim rozwojem rynku następuje równoległe różnicowanie potrzeb. W raporcie wskazano czynniki warunkujące wzrost znaczenia usług gastronomicznych oraz przemiany zachodzące na współczesnym rynku tych usług w Polsce.
Growth of the role of catering industry on the Polish consumption market after 1990 is observed. Also, with the fast market development, we can see requirement differentiation.
