- Raport zawiera krótką charakterystykę rynku usług telekomunikacyjnych w Polsce w latach 1990-1999. Okres ten zaznaczył się wprawdzie próbą demonopolizacji i liberalizacji sektora telekomunikacji, jednakże dystans dzielący polską telekomunikację od poziomu osiągniętego w krajach UE jest ogromny. Nadal głównym problemem pozostaje ilościowy i jakościowy rozwój infrastruktury telekomunikacyjnej.
The report consists of short characteristic of services telecommunications market in Poland in 1990-1999. This period of time was connected to the trial of demonopolization and liberalization of telecommunications sector. The article also shows a large distance between telecommunications in Poland and European Union. The main problem is quantity and quality of telecommunications infrastructure development.
